Esther Fedorkevich
FOUNDER & CEO
Esther Fedorkevich is the founder of The Fedd Agency. She launched her career in 1997 as a salesperson for a major book publisher. Within six months, Esther sold a million dollars in products. From there she went to work for Dave Ramsey, a New York Times best-selling author and television host with a nationally syndicated radio program. She worked in the publishing department, selling and marketing Dave’s books and other projects, and fell in love with book publishing. When Esther was pregnant with her first child, her entrepreneurial spirit was charged and decided to venture out on her own, selling books and ideas as a literary agent.
Esther founded The Fedd Agency in 2003 and began investing in authors. Her first client came to her for help when William Morris could not secure a book deal, even after pitching it for two years. With her innovative intervention and her acute business sense and selling skills, Esther got the author a three-book deal within two months. Esther continues to hone her innate marketing and sales talents, coupling that with a passion for selling life-changing books. Esther firmly believes she doesn’t just represent authors, she represents and builds futures.
Using her natural entrepreneurial sensibilities, Esther also negotiates deals for film, television, and other derivative products. Additionally, The Fedd Agency offers agency guided publishing and audio book production services. Esther lives in Austin, TX with her husband, Jimmy, and their two kids, Alexi Jane and Paul Gregory. In her spare time, you can find Esther shooting hoops, swinging a golf club or tennis racket, reading, or cooking gourmet meals for her family and friends.
Her favorite book is How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.
Brittney Bossow
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Brittney is Esther’s executive assistant. Her role at the Fedd Agency is to strategically organize meetings, events, and tasks to optimize members of the teams’ time and keep productivity on track. Landing on the more Type A side of life, she loves being able to provide administrative assistance, implement organizational strategies, and manage calendars.
After graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Business Administration and Management, Brittney began working as executive assistant under CEOs at startups looking to get systems in order and communicate at the most efficient level possible. A Colorado native, Brittney currently lives in Austin, where she enjoys any and every outdoor activity.
Her favorite book (at the moment) is Scary Close by Donald Miller.
Danielle Hale

Danielle is a graduate of San Diego State University with degrees in Business Administration and Political Science. She has worked in sales and marketing for companies across the United States including Qualcomm, AT&T, and Berkshire Hathaway. When not working, Danielle enjoys spending time outdoors with her two boys, cooking, and traveling.

He loves to explore the outdoors, eat great food, and make people laugh.
His favorite book is The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.

She lives in the South of France and she loves to garden and cook creative cuisine. Her favorite books are The Tao of Pooh and The Te of Piglet. She carries them with her as she explores the world, aiming to visit 30 countries by her 30th birthday.
Kyle Duncan

Over his 35-year publishing career, Kyle Duncan has acquired, ghostwritten, or edited nearly 1,000 books, including several million-copy sellers. He lives in San Diego, California with his wife and two of his three daughters.
On any given evening his bedside table companions might include Graham Greene, Somerset Maugham, or Julian of Norwich (among other Medieval mystics).
Deryn Pieterse
DESIGN & PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Deryn is our go-to for design here at The Fedd and the first one to tell you we all judge books by their covers. She works hard designing visual elements such as book covers and proposals to make sure readers are captivated enough to look inside. Outside of bringing storytelling to life through design, Deryn also bridges the gap from idea to final product by coordinating the product details and printing process with authors.
Deryn graduated from Abilene Christian University where she majored in marketing and minored in art. She took the leap from working in hospitality to publishing where she uses her skillset to design books with marketing in mind. She lives in Austin where she enjoys going to concerts, throwing pottery, picnicking in Zilker park, and appreciating latte art at the local coffee shops.
Her favorite book (at the moment) is The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd.
Tori Thacher
EDITORIAL DIRECTOR
Tori oversees the editorial process for traditional and Fedd Books projects and collaborates with authors to produce remarkable and distinct works. With a heart for the big picture, Tori helps authors create books that are engaging from the first page to the last.
After graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in English and attending the Denver Publishing Institute, she dove head first into the publishing industry and has never looked back. Tori lives just outside of Seattle, Washington, where she appreciates rainy days as long as she has a good book in hand and her cat, Mitz, on her lap.
Among her favorite books are The Brothers Karamozov, Americanah, and To the Lighthouse (you expect an editor to pick just one!).
Alli Harrell
EDITOR & DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGER
Alli Harrell is a member of the editorial team, helping to manage traditionally published authors, coordinating audiobooks for Fedd Book authors, and strategizing The Fedd Agency social media. She is passionate about hearing and sharing stories of importance and purpose. By combining her creativity and knowledge of the book publishing industry, she helps authors to put their inspiring ideas into a unique book proposal that will capture publishers’ attention.
Alli attended Abilene Christian University and graduated with a degree in Journalism and English. After her stint in newspaper editing, Alli moved to Austin, Texas to work at The Fedd Agency. She loves live music; finding new yummy, hipster restaurants; and volunteering with and mentoring the Austin Stone youth.
Her favorite book she reads and rereads in her free time is To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee.
Ginny Koch
